Call Center Representative - ENT

Job Title:  Product Registration Representative

Location: East Syracuse, NY
Pay Range: $18 - $19/hour
job Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Generate sales leads and identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
• Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within required time limits.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers and provide excellent service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of experience handling inbound calls in a call center environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of 35–45 words per minute.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
