Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing them with information, and assisting them with their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Providing accurate information about our services and properties to potential clients

- Assisting clients with their inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and finding effective solutions to resolve them

- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all interactions with clients

- Following up on leads and potential clients to schedule appointments for our agents

- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using computer systems and software

- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
