We are seeking a service-oriented individual to fill our Full-Time Call Center Representative position at our Ft Leavenworth location as we expand. If you enjoy helping people and are comfortable talking on a phone, we encourage you to apply and become part of the movement! Our Call Center Representatives provide exceptional service primarily through phone, email, and chat communication to inbound callers and members. This will include receiving and resolving a wide range of financial requests, such as transferring funds from member accounts and maintaining member records; handling inquiries; and researching and resolving escalated cases.
