As a Call Representative I in our Member Contact Center, you'll be one of the first people our members connect with. Whether by phone, email, or chat, you'll provide outstanding service, answer questions, process transactions, resolve account issues, and help members find products and services that fit their needs.
Every interaction is an opportunity to make banking easier and strengthen relationships with our members.
 
What You'll Do
A typical day may include:
  • Assisting members with their financial and lending needs.
  • Handling a high volume of calls regarding deposit and loan accounts, debit and credit cards, online banking, and other credit union products and services.
  • Processing member transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Recommending products and services that align with members' financial goals.
  • Explaining account information and financial concepts in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
  • Creating a positive, low-effort experience during every interaction.
  • Troubleshooting member concerns and resolving issues whenever possible.
  • Referring complex requests to the appropriate department.
  • Meeting department performance goals while always putting the member's best interest first.
  • Adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working with Windows-based systems and multiple web applications.

Qualifications include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Financial services experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Professional, courteous, and member-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to learn new products, procedures, and technology.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of credit union products, services, and applicable regulations.
  • Must be bondable.
