Now hiring: Call Center Representative in Jackson, MS

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Shift Options: 1st Shift, 8:45 AM-5 PM | 2nd Shift, 5 PM-9 PM | Monday-Friday | Mandatory 2 Saturdays per month

Call Center Representative Requirements:

  • 6-12 months of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to listen actively and follow scripted instructions accurately.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate systems efficiently.
  • Close attention to detail, dependability, and strong attendance record.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods in a sedentary call center environment.

Call Center Representative Job Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to rewards customers following established call scripts.
  • Read scripts verbatim with accuracy, proper pacing, and professionalism.
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments as needed.
  • Document call activity and maintain accurate records in computer systems.
  • Maintain a professional, energetic, and customer-focused tone during all interactions.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently.
  • Remain receptive to coaching, feedback, and continuous performance improvement.
