Location:Michigan City, Indiana, United States (Fully Remote)
Employment Type:FULL_TIME
Salary:$25 - $100 USD per hour, commensurate with experience.


Key Responsibilities

As a Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer communications and resolving their enquiries efficiently. Your duties will include:
 

• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolution on the first contact.
• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
• Assisting customers with troubleshooting basic technical issues related to their internet service.
• Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
• Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
• Meeting personal and team targets for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and excellent communication skills. Key qualifications include:
