Responsibilities

* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to resolve customer issues.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain our high standard of service.
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team performance targets.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer support or call centre role is highly desirable.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
