Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $19.57/hour + potential overtime opportunities

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our client???s customer service team in Katy, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping customers, resolving issues, and working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.

As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to billing, account maintenance, and utility services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly reliable, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Hybrid Work Schedule

• Remote: Monday and Friday

• Reliable high-speed internet required

• Company-provided equipment available

• On-Site: Tuesday through Thursday in Katy, TX

Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls

• Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and service-related questions

• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain account records

• Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Utilize internal systems to research and resolve service issues

• Escalate complex matters as appropriate

• Meet established productivity, quality, and customer service standards

• Deliver a positive experience during every customer interaction

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience required

• Previous call center experience strongly preferred

• Utility industry experience is a plus

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and navigate multiple applications

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

• Reliable transportation for required in-office workdays

• Flexibility to work overtime during peak business periods and month-end activities
