About this role

Schedule details

Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Every third Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.


We are seeking a detail-oriented contact center representative to serve credit union members via phone, email, chat, and video. You will process financial transactions, answer member inquiries, and recommend products and services — all in a fast-paced omni-channel environment using Personal Teller Machine (PTM) video technology.

What you'll do

Handle high call volumes and member inquiries within established guidelines
Process requested financial transactions over the phone and through digital channels
Provide service via video technology through Personal Teller Machines (PTMs)
Identify and recommend credit union products and services that meet member needs
Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous service to members, branches, and internal departments
Handle confidential member information with discretion
What we're looking for

Experience in customer service via phone, email, chat, or video
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with technology in a digital/omni-channel environment
Ability to manage high-volume interactions professionally
Trustworthy handling of sensitive and confidential information
