Are you confident on the phone and great with people? We're hiring a Call Center Representative to join our fast-growing, locally owned home improvement company! You would be responsible for calling leads and scheduling appointments over the phone.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 1pm-7pm
- Pay: $18/hour PLUS BONUSES !!
- Location: HYBRID or in office
About the Role:- Make calls to leads to generate free in-home estimates for homeowners interested in bath and shower remodeling
- Follow up with warm leads who haven't scheduled yet
- Use CRM and scheduling software to manage calls and appointments
What We're Looking For:- Great phone presence and conversation skills
- Strong typing, computer, and organizational abilities
- Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software is a plus
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
