Bowman from the family atmosphere to the industry leading benefits.We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our front office department.Company Benefits:Competitive WagesPaid Time Off100% Paid Health Insurance for Employee (begins 1st of month after date of hire)Dental and Vision InsuranceLife and Disability Insurance401K Match (25% up to 4%) & Employer Contribution (5%)Incentive PayHoliday PayContinuing Education (paid training)Employee appreciation activities and eventsJob Duties:Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.Learn and deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.Respond to online inquires, text messages and online bookings in a timely manner.Follow up with unsold estimates and unbooked leads.Outbound communication based on call counts needed to succeed.Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.Job Qualifications:Minimum one year in a similar capacity and function in a compatible industry.IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.Strong verbal and written communications.Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.Developed a proven track record in customer service.Applicant will be required to pass a background test, phyciscal, and drug screening. Applicant must be insurable through our auto insurance carrier.
