What You'll Do:
- Serve as a financial guide, helping members solve problems and achieve their financial goals
- Handle inbound calls, chats, and online communications with professionalism and care
- Process transactions, verify member identity, and provide accurate account information
- Open deposit accounts and refer members for loan products
- Resolve complaints and disputes according to policies
- Maintain call center standards (hold times, handle times, service levels)
- Build personalized member relationships through active listening and expert guidance
- Assist with remote requests such as wire transfers, account closures, and service tasks
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to excellent member service and professionalism
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow compliance standards
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive approach
- Willingness to learn financial wellness and credit union products
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work structure with remote flexibility
- Weekly in-office requirement (Tuesdays and Thursdays required)
- Additional in-office days may be required based on team or business needs
- Occasional branch presence for collaboration and training
