We are seeking a Call Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service across banking products such as loans, checking accounts, and online banking. This in-office role offers flexible locations and a pay rate of $19–$21 per hour.
Responsibilities include handling high call volumes, listening to customer needs, processing transactions accurately, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and identifying referral opportunities. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic banking knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency with computers and multiple systems.
