We're seeking a motivated, dependable Call Center Representative to join our client's team.

Location: Hybrid - Magnolia, TX 77355

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hybrid Schedule

  • Remote: Mondays & Fridays (strong, reliable home Wi‑Fi required; equipment provided)

  • On‑Site: Tuesdays-Thursdays at the Magnolia office

Employment Type: Contract (open ended)

Pay Rate: $19.57/hr + potential overtime during peak periods/month-end

Industry: Utility Services / Customer Service

What You'll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Resolve billing questions, account issues, and general utility inquiries

  • Accurately document customer interactions and update account records

  • Address escalated concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency

  • Use internal systems to resolve and appropriately escalate service issues

  • Meet established quality, productivity, and performance standards

What We're Looking For

  • Proficient in English (verbal and written)

  • 2-3 years of customer service experience (call center and/or utilities experience preferred)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software platforms

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Reliable transportation for required in-office days

  • Willingness to work occasional overtime, especially during month-end

Attendance & Commitment Expectations (Very Important)

  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are critical to this role and project

  • Strong commitment to the assignment and team is required

  • Unscheduled absences, poor attendance, or lack of communication will not be tolerated

  • Clear, timely communication with leadership is expected at all times
