Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to support customers by conducting follow-up calls, scheduling appointments, answering inbound inquiries, and helping ensure a positive service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Responsibilities
- Conduct follow-up calls with recent customers to gather feedback and assess satisfaction
- Follow established call scripts and escalate concerns when appropriate
- Answer inbound calls and provide information regarding services and scheduling
- Schedule appointments and collect customer and vehicle information
- Provide accurate estimates regarding service timing and costs
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or related experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Compensation
- Base pay: $20.00/hour
- Performance incentives available
- Average total earnings: approximately $22-$23/hour
- Monthly incentive program based on performance metrics and department goals
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM
