Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour

Job Description

We are hiring Call Center Representatives to support a growing team in the travel and hospitality industry. This is a full-time, in-office role with consistent scheduling, paid training, and a professional team environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, answering questions, and helping customers with travel-related services.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers by phone regarding travel-related services
• Assist with scheduling, reservations, and customer inquiries
• Provide accurate information in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow established call guidelines and company processes
• Document customer information and updates as needed
• Support the team with day-to-day customer service needs

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and punctual
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
• Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
• Must be 18 years or older

No prior call center or travel industry experience is required. Paid training is provided.

Schedule Options

AM Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
PM Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Weekend Shift: Saturday – Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
