Our Client, a Large Municipal Health Care System company, is looking for a Call Center Representative for their New York, NY location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Primary duties include answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Other assignment as necessary.
 
Requirements:
  • Extensive phone experience and computer literate.
  • Two (2) years of experience and Bilingual (facility specific).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting clearly and professionally with customers.
  • Active listening provides full attention to callers to understand their concerns and needs.
  • Effective problem-solving to analyze a situation, identify core issue and find effective solutions.
  • Required Education:
  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
