As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, resolving queries, and acting as a knowledgeable ambassador for our brand. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner.
Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate information and achieve satisfaction.
Assist customers with basic technical support and troubleshooting for wireless internet services.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and follow-up to ensure resolution.
Process orders, forms, and requests with precision and care.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive work environment.
Adhere to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in a customer support or call centre role is essential.
