Description

We have an outstanding Contract position for a Call Center Representative. This position is 100% remote located in the San Antonio, TX surrounding area.

Start date: July 20th

Pay Rate: $14/hr.

Training Dates: July 20 - July 31

Training Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Operating Hours

The call center operates 7 days per week.

Required Availability for this role:
  • Monday - Friday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM EST
  • Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST
We are seeking professional and customer-focusedRemote Inbound Customer Service Representatives to support a leading wireless communications company. In this role, you will handle inbound customer service calls, provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a fully remote opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills, excellent listening abilities, and a passion for helping customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound customer service calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Follow all scripts, procedures, and client guidelines
  • Provide customers with accurate information and solutions
  • Offer additional resources and assistance as appropriate
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
  • Escalate issues when necessary following established procedures
  • Maintain daily communication with supervisors and team leads
  • Protect confidential customer information and comply with all privacy and security requirements
  • Meet quality, attendance, and performance expectations
Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • Experience in handling customers with professionalism, diplomacy and consideration for the customer's concerns
  • Exceptional active listening skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to ask questions, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues when necessary
  • Ability to conduct phone interviews in a professional manner that reflects emotional and cultural awareness
