Call Center Representative

An innovative and successful glass fabrication company in Valencia is in need of Customer Service Reps to become key members of a growing team and an integral part of providing some of the highest quality glass doors around!

Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers - Conduct market research and analyze data - Provide information about products or services - Answer questions and address customer concerns - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

Experience: - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
