Reliable Comfort is seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team. If you enjoy fast passed environments where you get to answer calls, communicate with customers, help solve concerns, and be the voice of our company would love to speak to you!

We are looking for someone that is excited to deliver hospitality, compassion, and enthusiasm about getting customers exactly what they need every time they call! Duties

  • First point of contact for inbound customer calls.
  • Making outbound calls, sending texts/emails as needed.
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments through service titan.

What you need to succeed:

  • 2+ Years Call center customer service experience is preferred.
  • The ability to hustle & thrive under pressure.
  • High standards for your work. Excellence & integrity matter to you.

  • You are able to be a true team player with a positive attitude at all times.
  • You are dependable and consistent in all areas
  • Ensure our reputation for reliable service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
  • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Call center Phone service: 2 years (Required)

Work Location: In person, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
