Customer Service Representative

We are partnering with a life insurance company seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join their White Plains office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service experience, particularly in a call center or medical environment, to grow their career in a professional setting.

Whats in it for you:

• Pay Rate: $21/hr (OT eligible)
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 11:45 AM – 8:00 PM (Training: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM for 1–2 weeks)
• Benefits: Union benefits; pension after 5 years

Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer a high volume of calls and provide excellent customer service to members
• Explain policy details, coverage options, terms, and conditions clearly
• Guide customers through the claims process, including collecting documentation and providing updates on claim status

Call Center Representative Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred
• Computer savvy & comfortability speaking on the phone
