Job Title: Call Center Representative

Job Type: Full Time

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer calls and process invoices.

  • Review and improve any processes that resulted in a poor customer experience, creating a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Offer problem solving solutions to customers and colleagues with a ‘can do' attitude.

  • Manage external agencies for call ‘overflow' management.

  • Work closely with 70+ locations to ensure software training and compliance (that enables agents to dispatch techs)

  • Stay up to date on construction, accidents, traffic, and other situations that may hinder service crews and alerting crews to these issues.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in the office and remotely)

  • Self-motivated and committed to performing in a drama free culture.

  • Ability to effectively organize and prioritize own workload and the team without reliance on others.

  • The passion to take ownership and stick with an issue until it is resolved.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to quickly learn new software and new computer programs.

  • Flexible with working hours including weekends, holidays, evenings.

  • 8 hour shift

  • Evening shift

  • Holidays

  • Monday to Friday

  • On call

  • Weekend availability
