As a Sales and Client Support Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering excellent client service while driving sales and supporting Verizon’s diverse customer base. Your role includes:
- Engaging with client through inbound and outbound calls to promote Verizon products and services.
- Addressing client questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions to meet client needs.
- Documenting all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in CRM systems.
- Collaborating with your team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is beneficial.
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and navigating multiple computer systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
