Call Center Service Rep II

Job Purpose
Provide communications facilitation between external customers and the sales force and provide first point of contact for external customers and the sales force to reach internal *** personnel. We save lives and you are a part of that

24/7 call center first point of contact
Ranges from 60-80 calls per day
First point of contact (triage calls)
Most of our calls are HCP, Pt, Page reps

Your responsibilities will include:
Triage and respond to external customer and sales rep calls though 1-800-CARDIAC and 1-800-CARDREP.
Send messages from internal/external customers to the BSC sales force by pagers, cell phones, home phones, etc.
Escalate and close pages via backups, if required.
Maintain a professional presence in all situations by asking and providing information per procedures.

Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

Required qualifications:
HS Diploma/GED Diploma required.
1 Year with associate in arts degree/diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience.
Experience in Microsoft Teams and Outlook

Hybrid role - 3 days onsite/AH.
**If start time is at 12pm or later you can work remotely full time, come in during training hours.

Training hours will be between M-F 8am 4:30pm (first 4 weeks Hybrid), then 12p-8p for 3 weeks virtually.
Once training is complete 3-4 months, permanent shift will be Tuesday-Saturday, estimate hours could be 9a-5p


Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
