A homecare clinic is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to lead its high-volume call center operations and ensure excellent patient communication and service.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee daily operations of a high-volume call center

  • Manage and supervise a large team of call center staff

  • Optimize communication workflows and call handling processes

  • Ensure patients receive professional and timely support

  • Monitor team performance and maintain service standards

  • Implement improvements to increase efficiency and responsiveness

 

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Experience supervising call center or customer service teams

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Organized with strong operational oversight

 
Salary: $75k - $85k/Year
