Call Center Supervisor
A homecare clinic is seeking a Call Center Supervisor to lead its high-volume call center operations and ensure excellent patient communication and service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee daily operations of a high-volume call center
- Manage and supervise a large team of call center staff
- Optimize communication workflows and call handling processes
- Ensure patients receive professional and timely support
- Monitor team performance and maintain service standards
- Implement improvements to increase efficiency and responsiveness
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience supervising call center or customer service teams
- Strong leadership and team management skills
