Call Center / Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls
Assist customers with product information, account questions, and sales inquiries
Build rapport with customers and identify sales opportunities
Process orders, account updates, and customer requests accurately
Meet daily performance, sales, and customer service goals
Document customer interactions within internal systems
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Previous call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales goals
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
Reliable attendance and professionalism
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
