Hiring Need:
Supporting the Orthopedic Call Center during the transition to the new Contact Center.
Schedule & Location:
100% onsite at Mission Bay.
Full-time, 40 hours/week.
Typical schedules: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM 5:00 PM.
Role Responsibilities:
Support a high-volume orthopedic call center receiving approximately 400 600 calls per day. Schedule and register patients. Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Complete administrative tasks, including referral coordination and related support.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
APeX/Epic experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer service skills.
Clear communicator and active listener.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.A
