Call Processing Representative – Temporary Assignment (URGENT)

Department: Call Center
Worker Group: Customer Service
Location: San Ysidro, CA 92173
Assignment Length: 6 months (with possible extension)
Start Date: 08/11/2025
End Date: 02/13/2026

Pay Rate:

• Local Candidates (within 50 miles): $30/hr
• Traveler Candidates (50+ miles): $33/hr

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• BLS(AHA) Required
• Experience:
• 1 year in customer service, call center, or healthcare setting
• OR successful completion of an externship program with San Ysidro Health
• Languages: Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED
