Call/Scheduling Center Representative, Full Time position

Community Care is hiring a full-time Call/Scheduling Center Representative for our Call Center Team. This rewarding opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys team collaboration and being part of a mission driven organization and who shares our mission to help elderly individuals and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities continue to live as independently as possible in the community. This is a full-time opportunity at our Vliet location.

Call/Scheduling Center Representative Job Responsibilities:

  • Receives and routes general telephone calls to appropriate departments or staff.

  • Triages calls related to inquiries and complaints; routes or escalates as appropriate.

  • Assists with projects and provides administrative support.

  • Assists with day to day pool staffing scheduling.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year customer experience.

Call/Scheduling Center Representative Job Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 40 hours
