JOB DESCRIPTION: Callcare Assembler Assembles electro-mechanical assemblies. Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Maintains a clean work environment.
- Build electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Hand soldering using leaded and leadfree processes.
- Operate assembly equipment.
- Reliable use of time clock and labor tracking software (Shop Floor Manager) to accurately capture time and quantity.
- Performs other duties as assigned to achieve objectives.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree from tech school preferred
- Familiarity with or certification in IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
- Ability to read and comprehend English written and verbal work instructions
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Possesses attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent Fine motor skills, dexterity, and vision – able to utilize microscope when required
- Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Good interpersonal skills
- Job Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00-3:30
Reporting: Assembler reports to Callcare Production Supervisor.
