We seek an enthusiastic fitness trainer with an outgoing and energetic personality to carry out our mission statement…9Round Mission Statement:Making members stronger in thirty minutes, physically and mentally.
If you think you have what it takes to be a 9Round trainer and part of the fastest-growing fitness franchise in the Nation, this position is for you. No kickboxing experience is needed. Full training provided. Sales and customer service backgrounds are helpful, with some work experience preferred. This is an excellent opportunity to jump into the fitness world with fantastic trainers to help you along the way!
TRAINING
- The personal attention provided during a 9Round workout requires high energy and motivation.
- Training involves explaining and demonstrating exercises in a manner that provides the best workout every time while motivating our members to reach their goals.
SELLING
- First-time workouts are free. Trainers must actively & enthusiastically prescribe sales packages to prospective members, sharing the benefits of being a member of the 9Round Nation. Trainers encourage prospective members to address their fitness goals by committing to a month-to-month or six-month plan.
CLEANING
- Cleaning must be our top priority to provide the best services to our members.
- Trainers will follow a scheduled cleaning program to ensure members are always working out in a clean environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have early morning (5:15 AM) and some afternoon availability (3:30 PM)
- Some weekends may be required
- Friendly and motivating personality
- 5-20 hours per week
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
- Proficient at sales.

- Enthusiastic, outgoing, warm manner.
- Physically fit and committed to living a healthy lifestyle.
- Experience with marketing campaigns is a plus.
- ACSM/NASM/ACE/ISSA fitness certification is preferred but not required.
