The CAM Field Engineer is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery.
+ Responsible for pre-commissioning, commissioning & troubleshooting activities which included witnessing mechanical completion, catalyst loading, filter elements' installation, loop testing and verification, leak testing, start-up and tuning of fired heaters and inspection of vessels for readiness.
+ Commissioning included start-up, performance monitoring, fine tuning, and performance guarantee test runs.
+ Demonstrate excellence in learning and competency development activities.
+ Ensure safe, timely, and compliant operations at the wellsite, job location, or plant, including rig‑up and rig‑down of equipment.
+ Mentor and support team members as required to enhance performance and capability.
+ Participate in Job Risk Analysis (JRA) and continuous improvement programs.
+ Engage with customers to promote company products and services and maintain strong working relationships.
+ Act as a backup to first‑level management, when requested.
+ Review and analyze operational, maintenance, production, and technical data, and develop recommendations for effective solutions.
+ Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
+ Read, interpret, and review P&IDs, PFDs, and equipment, instrumentation, mechanical, and electrical drawings.
+ Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor in a professional and timely manner.
+ Prepare and submit progress reports, schedules, budgets, and other required documentation for assigned projects.
Education Qualification:
+ B.Sc. Engineering (Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) or equivalent degree
Experience:
+ Minimum 04-05 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in Crude Oil and Gas Processing facilities, petrochemical, refineries and/or process industries.
+ Strong functional and technical expertise with the ability to perform commissioning, troubleshooting tasks at client’s facilities with high level of workmanship.
+ Ability to work at height, including climbing elevated platforms, with no acrophobia.
+ Proven experience communicating effectively with managers, internal/external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
+ Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and executing PTWs in accordance with safety and operational standards.
