Summary: The CAM Field Specialists is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. * Attain excellence in learning and competency events. * Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment. * Mentor others as required. * Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. * Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Frac Operations Technician / Field Specialist Candidate Profile
Work Schedule & Availability
Willing and able to work a rotational schedule of 28 days on / 7 days off .
Available to support operations on a 24/7 on - call basis while on hitch .
Responsive to calls, text messages, and emails in a timely manner.
Able to remain within approximately 2 hours of the operational facility when not actively working at a customer s location.

Required Technical Experience
Candidates should possess prior experience and working knowledge in most of the following areas:
Valve maintenance, repair, and rebuilding.
Wellhead equipment, frac trees, and related pressure control components.
Frac equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Torquing and pressure testing operations.
Rig - up and rig - down activities.
Safe rigging and lifting practices.
Crane and telehandler hand signals and field operations.
Telehandler operation.
Loading and unloading oilfield equipment from transport vehicles.
Field documentation, reporting, and basic computer/mobile applications.
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair of field equipment.
Candidates should demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand how field equipment functions and interacts within frac operations.

The goal is to identify individuals who can quickly contribute to field operations and ultimately perf orm job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
