CAM Field Specialists

FieldBridge Energy seeks for a Field Specialist to work in Minot, ND for the world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay + benefits

Pay / Schedule: $24.00–$26.00/hr DOE. 12 hours shift, 21 days on / 9 days off rotation. Great opportunity for OT. At $26hr and 80 hrs per week for example, earn weekly paychecks of $2,600 GROSS.

Position Overview The CAM Field Specialist is responsible for safe, accurate, and on-time product and service delivery at well sites. This role involves hands-on wellhead operations, equipment rig-up/rig-down, and direct customer engagement in the field. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of oilfield experience and strong mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform wellhead operations using conventional and multi-bowl equipment
• Conduct rig-up and rig-down of field equipment safely and efficiently
• Complete field tickets and basic reporting accurately and on time
• Engage with customers at job locations to support service delivery
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant oilfield or wellhead experience preferred
• Experience with conventional and multi-bowl wellhead equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
