WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The CAM Manager is an exempt position responsible for supervising a team of specialists who operate the Pinellas County Coordinated Access Model (CAM), also known as Care About Me, to streamline access to mental health and substance use disorder services. The Manager is to ensure they understand and meet CAM metrics and software guidelines. The CAM Manager is responsible for ensuring that contractual requirements are met by CAM Specialists and for providing structured coaching and feedback to meet quality metrics.

Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (MSW, MPH, MSN, etc.).
Clinical licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT etc.) in the state of FL strongly preferred.
Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in coaching and/or supervising staff.
Experience in conducting screenings, assessments, and navigating the behavioral health and substance use disorder landscapes.
Knowledgeable of the Florida behavioral health infrastructure and operations.
Have empathy and passion for helping vulnerable populations.
Relationship management skills.
Ability to set priorities for yourself and the team, and work independently.
Bilingual or multilingual a plus (Spanish, highly desirable as a common spoken language for most clients served)
Comfortable with customer-facing meetings and interactions.
Experience with monitoring and meeting contractual Key Performance Indicators and metrics.
Advanced computer skills and are a quick learner of new technologies and tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
Ability to lift or carry up to 25lbs when required.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must have a valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage.
