Your impact
Engineer processes that boost precision, flexibility, and throughput across diverse parts.
Own 5-axis NC programming in Mastercam—from strategy to post-processing and prove-out.
Deploy automation solutions to reduce changeover and increase spindle utilization.
Partner with design, production, and automation teams to resolve manufacturability issues.
Lead lean/Six Sigma initiatives and lock in best practices via clear documentation.
Champion safety, quality, and environmental compliance at every step.
You’ll do
Program and troubleshoot multi-axis operations, optimizing cycle time and surface finish.
Design fixtures, select tooling, and validate toolpaths with simulation and on-machine checks.
Standardize automation workflows and NC templates for repeat builds.
You bring
Extensive experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
Proven 5-axis CNC programming expertise.
Track record integrating automation into machining cells.
Fluency in CAD/CAM and G-code (Mastercam highly preferred).
Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (preferred) or related.
