Next great challenge is coming: The HEROIC Trailers team is looking for a Camera Lead to create, modify and improve the quality of art assets that our studio develops.

Superpowers you have are

Portfolio that demonstrates a range of styles, creativity and structured design approach; Strong knowledge of UE4 and UE5 (cinematography, shading and lighting techniques, surfacing, cinematic tools, sequencer, basic animation, environment creation, real-time VFX); Strong understanding of photo-realistic approach, as well as stylized approach; Camera animation expertise; Understanding of composition, color theory, perspective, lighting, and tech graphic design principles.

You're a rockstar if you have

Experience in the game industry or postproduction; Understanding of video game storytelling techniques and integration with gameplay; Experience supporting cinematic development in a game's context; If you are a gamer, who plays and knows the aesthetics of cool games.

As a part of Room 8 studio, you will

Build high quality cinematic sequences through your use of cinematography, camera animation, and editing skills; Independently maintain and develop the cinematics in a highly iterative environment; Help to establish and drive the pipelines, processes and methodologies across the cinematic teams; Plan and prioritise tasks to ensure that deliverables are completed on time and to desired quality; Collaborating with the other team members to resolve any technical challenges and push project quality.
