Position Purpose:
The Studio Camera Operator / Content Capture Specialist manages execution of all video capture and technical production within the in-store studio environment.
This role is responsible for filming product-focused short-form content, ensuring all footage meets technical and creative standards, and managing media from capture through delivery to post-production. The role partners closely with the Producer / On-Camera Presenter, store associates, and editing teams to ensure content is captured, organized, and delivered on time and to spec.
This role requires a highly detail-oriented, technically skilled associate who takes ownership of execution, troubleshoots in real time, and operates efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Experience operating cinema cameras and video production equipment
Proficiency capturing content on mobile devices (iPhone) for social-first formats
Strong understanding of video specs (frame rates, resolution, codecs, lighting, audio basics)
Experience with media management and file organization best practices
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues in real time
Strong attention to detail and execution
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in retail, content production, or studio environments preferred
