Camp Counselor

Now Hiring: Multiple Camp Counselors at Apple Tree Learning Centers!

Location: Stowe, Vermont | Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hour (with higher pay for lifeguard certification) | Schedule: Full-time from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some overtime to meet camp needs

Did we just describe you? If so, you could be exactly the kind of person we want at our summer camp! You'll lead children (ages 5 to 12) in all kinds of fun outdoor activities, including swimming, hiking, fishing, science experiments, arts and crafts, and so much more! Every day will bring something different, and you'll engage with all the kids to make sure everyone feels included. Some kids may have different needs, and you'll adjust activities as needed to ensure nobody is left out!

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Lifeguard certification (or willingness to attend and complete training)
• Ability to complete mandated reporting and CPR/First Aid training
• Ability to work with a diverse population of children with varying needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Related experience, certifications, or degrees - a bonus!
