By assisting with the development and strengthening of internal systems and scalable programs, the VISTA project will increase Camp SHiEld's capacity to address susceptibility to suicide, poverty, and homelessness among Veterans and their families. Objectives of this role include: designing a structured internship program framework, building recruitment pathways and academic partnerships, creating onboarding and training resources for a consistent intern experience, and establishing tracking systems, templates, and documentation that support long-term internship program sustainability.
