This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in branding, retail marketing, customer engagement, and sales strategy within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Execute in-person marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to increase brand visibility and customer engagement
- \n
- Represent client brands professionally in retail and event-based environments
- \n
- Support the development and rollout of local marketing and promotional strategies
- \n
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve outreach efforts
- \n
- Assist with coordinating retail events, activations, and in-store promotions
- \n
- Collaborate with team members to maintain brand consistency and campaign effectiveness
- \n
- Monitor industry and competitor trends to support positioning and campaign growth
- \n
- Help track campaign performance and support reporting and administrative tasks
- \n
- Conduct sales in a retail setting

Qualifications:
\n
- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or currently pursuing)
- \n
- Previous experience in branding, customer service, retail, marketing, or sales is a plus, but not required
- \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- \n
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- \n
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a face-to-face setting
- \n
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic digital tools preferred

- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
