Ark Resource Group is assisting a mission -driven nonprofit organization in identifying a Campaign Fundraising Director<\/b> to lead high -impact fundraising initiatives across South Florida.

Requirements<\/h3>

What You’ll Be Responsible For:<\/b><\/span>
<\/h3>

Fundraising Leadership<\/b>
<\/p>

• Lead and execute peer -to -peer fundraising campaigns (Light The Night)
  <\/li>
• Drive revenue growth by securing corporate sponsorships and major gifts
  <\/li>
• Identify and cultivate high -value donors and community partners
  <\/li><\/ul>

  Relationship Development<\/b>
  <\/p>

  • Build strong relationships with local business leaders, sponsors, and philanthropists
    <\/li>
  • Represent the organization at networking events, community functions, and donor meetings
    <\/li>
  • Expand presence across Miami -Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach markets
    <\/li><\/ul>

    Team & Volunteer Leadership<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Manage and mentor Campaign Development staff
      <\/li>
    • Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders and committees
      <\/li>
    • Create a high -performance, goal -oriented team culture
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Strategy & Execution<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Develop and execute annual fundraising plans
        <\/li>
      • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to exceed goals
        <\/li>
      • Collaborate with internal teams to align mission messaging and outreach
        <\/li><\/ul>

        What We’re Looking For:<\/b><\/span>
        <\/h3>

        • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
          <\/li>
        • 7+ years of experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or nonprofit leadership
          <\/li>
        • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
          <\/li>
        • Strong network in South Florida (corporate or community connections highly preferred)
          <\/li>
        • Experience leading teams and managing high -level relationships
          <\/li>
        • Highly motivated, self -driven, and comfortable in a performance -based environment
          <\/li><\/ul>

          Work Environment & Expectations:<\/b><\/span>

          • Hybrid role with local travel (up to 30%)
            <\/li>
          • Must be available for occasional evenings and events
            <\/li>
          • High visibility role within the South Florida community

            Compensation:<\/b><\/span>

            • 1099 Contract (structure may include base + performance incentives depending on experience)
