Digital Campaign Manager

Location: Brookview Promenade, TN (Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite)
Pay: $30/hour
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Potential: Extension or Contract-to-Hire

About the Role

We're seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to support the execution of digital advertising campaigns across web, mobile, connected TV (CTV), and video platforms. This role is ideal for someone with experience in ad trafficking, campaign management, and digital advertising operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Traffic and launch digital advertising campaigns using Google Ad Manager and FreeWheel
  • Set up, schedule, and QA video, display, native, and mobile advertising creatives
  • Monitor campaign launches and ensure accurate delivery across all digital platforms
  • Troubleshoot creative, delivery, rendering, and reporting issues
  • Monitor campaign pacing and optimize performance throughout campaign flights
  • Investigate delivery discrepancies between first- and third-party reporting
  • Generate campaign reports for internal stakeholders
  • Answer technical questions from Sales and Client Success teams
  • Create and maintain test pages for campaign validation
  • Recommend process improvements and help maintain campaign documentation
  • Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Technical, and Operations teams
  • Provide occasional after-hours or weekend support when needed

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ year of digital ad trafficking experience
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager or FreeWheel
  • 2+ years of experience using Excel for reporting and data analysis (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
  • Experience using Salesforce, OperativeOne, or similar campaign/order management systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Looker
  • Knowledge of ad server integrations, tagging, and inventory management
  • Experience supporting video advertising and Connected TV (CTV) campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
