    Description

    As a Campaign Marketing Manager you can expect to…Responsibilities Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across webinars, in-person events, and digital programs for HSO's Professional Services industriesWork closely with the Director of Marketing to bring campaign plans to life by supporting execution, content development, and coordination across channels, ensuring every program is executed at a high standard and contributes to pipelineWork in a hands‑on role and organized, creative, and comfortable managing multiple moving piecesOwn end‑to‑end execution of select digital events, including setup, coordination, promotion, and follow‑upManage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with a high level of accuracy and accountabilityCoordinate across internal stakeholders (BDMs, Sales, SMEs), external vendors, and freelancersExecute campaign components including emails, landing pages, paid support, and nurture flowsSupport in‑person events including logistics, outreach, and post‑event follow‑upWrite and build high‑performing email campaigns, nurture sequences, and LinkedIn contentSupport development of blogs, landing pages, demo videos, case studies, and other campaign assetsTranslate SME input into clear, compelling presentation decks and campaign assetsSupport video content creation (editing or coordinating production) for campaigns and follow‑upContinuously optimize email performance (subject lines, messaging, cadence, A/B testing)Proactively identify and resolve issues related to email deliverability, list health, and campaign setupBuild and QA campaigns in CRM/marketing automation toolsWork closely with cross‑functional teams to support segmentation, campaign execution, and performance trackingQualifications Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign execution, or demand generationExceptionally detail‑orientedProven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping the ballStrong writing skills across email, social, and basic long‑form contentCreativity and ability to think outside the boxHands‑on experience building and optimizing email campaigns (including deliverability fundamentals)Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Dynamics 365 CE/CRM preferred but not required)Strong collaborator who can take direction and execute independentlyExperience marketing to or within the professional services industry and/or with another Microsoft Partner is a plusMultitasking, being flexible & paying close attention to detailWorking in a highly collaborative team environmentHolding yourself accountable for delivering the highest quality workLearning new concepts quickly and thoroughlyHaving an AI‑forward mindset – you actively use AI tools today to improve your workPhysical Requirements Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periodsWork on a computer and look at a computer screen for prolonged periodsMove about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to anotherCommunicate with others to exchange information via telephone, email, instant messaging tools, and video conferencingPerform repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (i.e. typing on a keyboard, using a computer mouse, etc.)Assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assignedTravel by airplane, train, or automobile to client sites to perform sedentary work as outlined aboveThe Perks We offer competitive pay with and performance-based bonus .
