The Campaign Marketing Manager leads campaign planning, audience strategy, messaging development, and performance insight across marketing initiatives. This role owns the strategic structure behind campaigns, including content priorities, channel planning,
center-level playbooks, outreach strategy, and cross-functional coordination needed to support awareness, engagement, recruitment, events, and referral growth. This position partners closely with the Marketing Operations Manager, internal stakeholders, and external resources to ensure campaigns are clearly defined, effectively prioritized, and aligned with organizational goals.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Minimal travel may be required for this position.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
