Ford Motor Company is seeking a highly analytical, collaborative, and detail-oriented engineer to coordinate Internal ICE Powertrain - Thermal Systems (IPTSE) interface with Critical Concern Review Group (CCRG), and the Emission/Environmental Problem Review Committee (EPRC). In this critical role, you will ensure the correct IPTSE team is assigned to support the Critical Concern Review Group (CCRG), and the Emission/Environmental Problem Review Committee (EPRC).
You will provide problem solving support into potential vehicle safety, compliance, and emissions-related issues. Your engineering expertise, data-driven root cause analyses, and cross-functional leadership will directly influence decisions regarding Stop Ships, Field Service Actions (FSAs), and product recalls. This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate''s skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
