Responsibilities
Partner with product managers to enhance marketing campaign-related features, evolve modular product capabilities, and improve user satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Support the design and implementation of platform campaign mechanisms that enable feature reusability and efficiency across countries and regions.
Define operational objectives based on product capability, lifecycle stage, and audience.
Analyze the needs and pain points of categories, merchants, and operations teams to identify requirements and translate business objectives into targeted product-operation strategies and playbooks.
Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs) and support product iteration with cross-functional partners.
Conduct market research and audience/user testing and analyze product usage data to measure effectiveness, benchmark best practices, improve outcomes and optimize product performance and experiences.
Perform end-to-end project management, including project scoping and planning, timeline management, risk tracking, cross-functional coordination across time zones, monitoring project milestones and reporting to stakeholders on project status.
Qualifications
Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Statistics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Statistics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
E-commerce industry event planning, strategic planning, or operations;
Conducting market research and audience/user testing for products and product features;
Project management, including creating project plans, managing timelines, and coordinating tasks with cross-functional teams;
Analyzing data and presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences; and
Experience with product operations for platform campaigns including: (i) demand management; (ii) issue management; or (iii) marketing campaign-related training; and (iv) working on the reusability of campaign features or cross-region efficiency.
Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 15%.

Salary Range: $112694 - $155000 per year
