Job Title: Campaign Trafficking Operations Specialist
Location: Burbank, CA - 91502 (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Extension Possible)
Pay Range: $40/hr. - $43/hr.

Job Description:
This role supports the Internal Campaign Operations team on the day-to-day work of creative trafficking across global campaigns. The candidate will help maintain a centralized database of creative specs and requirements across vendors and platforms (social, programmatic, display, OTT, etc.) and will build and maintain workback schedules that track creative delivery deadlines aProductst campaign launch dates.

Core responsibilities include attending campaign and creative release meetings to stay current on upcoming launches and flight dates, communicating timelines and any scheduling changes to the media buying team and internal marketing partners, and ensuring creative assets are received in the correct format and on time. The candidate will also help ensure creative tagging and naming conventions are applied accurately, flagging any tracking or trafficking discrepancies for Supervisor review, and will provide basic creative best practice recommendations based on platform specs.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years hands-on experience with creative trafficking or ad operations tools (such as CM360, Flashtalking, or Innovid)
• Familiarity with creative formats and specs across platforms (display, video, native, social)
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• This role requires attention to detail, comfort managing multiple campaigns and shifting timelines simultaneously, and clear communication with both the planning/buying teams and creative stakeholders.
